This highly interactive and
experiential program gives participants portable, teachable and
transferable tools to be able to control their feelings, emotions and
behavior in any situation. Participants will experience how to find
relief from emotional trauma from their past, present or future.
How many times in our personal and professional lives have we been
involved in conversations or situations that have escalated from safe,
comfortable levels to critical levels because one or more of the
participants began feeling and responding to negative emotions that
ultimately leads to an unproductive outcome?
